I need sleep, BADLY ...

Somehow, I just couldn't get myself to sleep ... Has been lying on the bed for almost 20 minutes ... With my eyes close ... But all that is useless ... I have a feeling that something is bothering me ... I'm not at all comfortable, even when the light is turned off ... I just feel stuffy ... Butterflies flying in my stomach ... And I can really feel that I'm breathless ... I suffocate ...
